I want to check in. It has been a busy summer. I have been working on getting ready for my show next week in Winfield. I always feel I don't have enough. I think most artist do. I have some new things can't wait. I hope to see you this next week.

I have been busy with work so I haven't posted for a while. I am busy making items for my Show in Winfield Ks, September 18th-21st. This will also be my vacation for the year. I can't wait I love going to Winfield. I look forward to seeing old customers and meeting new ones. I will have some new surprise's in products!!!

I just realized today that I had not posted in a while so thought I would write a little to let everyone know what is going on.

My real job has been very busy. It has not left much energy for making beads. So I have decided this year I am going to do only the Blue Grass festival in Winfield, Kansas. That will be held in September. I will still have items at Art on Main in Garden City, Kansas.

I just finished taking a class in Edmond, Oklahoma with Dustin Tabor.  He makes awesome beads and I have wanted to take a class with him for a long time! It was a lot of fun and he is a great teacher. Check out his website at www.dustintabor.com .

I am gearing up for a basic jewelry making class here in Ashland on April 12, 2008.. I will be teaching basic beadstringing, crimping and wrapping head pins. We will make a bracelet, necklace and earring set using my friend Vciki's bead mixes. Check out her web site. I've had several requests to teach this.  I think it will be a lot of fun.

I wanted to touch base just to let everyone know I haven't fell of the face of the earth. I have been busy getting ready for shows.  I leave tomorrow for the Wichita Garden Show at Century II.  If you are in the area stop by, I have allot of new things. I had better finish getting packed.

I have recovered from Christmas and have been busy in my studio.  I completely rearranged and organized better.

I have been making beads for the Wichita Garden Show.  They have added a Garden Art section to the show. This is new to me I will see how it goes.  I have also been busy applying for Art Shows for the year lots of paper work. I will keep you posted where I will be.

Merry Christmas!!! I have the next week off and I hope to get to work on my website some more. I have been busy getting ready for show's this next year filling out and submitting applications.  I will post in my web site my show schedule.

My website is a work in progress. Yesterday was spent working on my site.  WOW!!! talk about brain over load.
